If your main character who's running away is in fact still a kid, it tells of how the CPS kidnaps children, injects them with drugs, and let pedophiles have their way with them. Ironically, my country lists the CPS as "Child Protective Services." And the NWO (New World Order) is simply put a very big military surveillance state worldwide. You don't have to keep this comment in mind, I'll see how your comic goes along and watch if it follows the trend mentioned.
